Gary was born in Pittsburgh, but now lives and works in State College, PA where he is the Director and Team Leader for Nutrition & Culinary Services at Mount Nittany Medical Center.  He is a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation.  He has been carving with the team since 1998.
